Training & Instructional Design Portfolio

I have been developing and delivering trainings since 2007 when I worked to create the on-boarding process for Apple retail employees. Since then I have developed and delivered dozens of different trainings. Given my background, my focus has primarily been on training to technical processes, often designed to be delivered to adult audiences with no specific technical experience, adhering to ADDIE and SAM model principles.

For these trainings, I create a variety of job aids, including presentations, flyers, and tutorial videos (calling on my experience as a videographer and editor). I frequently both design and deliver these trainings, and to date I have trained in the ballpark of 10,000 to 11,000 unique adult learners.

Below you will find a link to an Articulate Storyline module that details an overview of Modern Campus CMS (formerly Omni CMS). This module was designed to be taken prior to attending an in person training session. The intended audience would be university employees tasked with updating and maintaining public facing websites with no assumed prior experience or level of technical knowledge.

I have also included a few videos designed to provide insight into other technical processes, along with the intended audiences for these trainings.

Further Samples of my training and instructional design materials are available on request. I am unable to share most of these materials publicly as they contain potentially sensitive, internal facing corporate data.
